The sales coordinator is a person who supports the Sales teams in making sound and timely business decisions to drive short-term and long-term performance through better processes. Ultimately sales coordinators’ activities significantly contribute to the success of a sales organization and its ability to meet/exceed sales KPI
Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- The person should act as an office liaison between the sales teams and the sales stakeholder Department staff.
- Record and track the sales report such as leads, orders, SANs, and any ad hoc data from the sales team.
- Maintain sales database accuracy promptly such as Order tracking, Funnel, Service database, and Contact Database.
- Arrange meetings, compile and circulate the agenda, minutes, and action items, and follow up action items from the concerned members within and across Departments.
- Report data analysis of the sales performance to sales team heads.
- Keep an accurate filing system of all important documents and reports.
Performance Outcomes with Key Result Areas
- Represent the sales team in the organisation for middle and back office transactions with another department to maximize time for sales staff to concentrate on their core sales activities.
- Build a database of sales events and progress, so that the sales department keeps a history of work trends and decides on action plans, and ultimately you measure performance
- Ensure database accuracy is prime to guarantee the relevance of the data at a point in time so that analysis and decisions can be based on trustworthy events.
- Document communication within team meetings to share knowledge and to develop accountability towards decisions
- Provide reports to sales team heads to help them monitor their achievement against targets and to help them steer their activity and capillitia to deliver the highest results.
- Archive important documents efficiently to find evidence for internal and external settlements.
Job Specifications
- A diploma or Degree in any subject can be accepted if accompanied by sound experience.
- Good command of Arabic and English written and spoken with shorthand experience.
- Excellent command of MS tools especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Communicate effectively with professionals at all levels.
- Good interpersonal, organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and sometimes in challenging situations.
- Very presentable, mature personality and good team player.
- Minimum 5 years experience with at least 2 years in a similar position preferably in the telecom field.
