This role will be part of Zain Bahrain’s Subsidiary Fintech Company – “Bede”. Manager – Marketing Job Purpose: To oversee and lead Bede’s Marketing Communication team participating in launching ATL, BTL & digital marketing strategies and implementing them effectively and efficiently to promote the brand, associated messages, products & services of the company to achieve their business objectives.
Job role
Brand Management: responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company’s brand image and identity. This involves developing and communicating clear brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals and tonality across all communication channels, and monitoring brand perception among customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Management: Develop and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across channels.
- Marketing Strategy: Lead marketing communication teams to align business objectives.
- Integrated Campaigns: Conceptualize, plan, and execute multi-channel campaigns.
- Content Creation: Oversee compelling content calendars for marketing materials.
- Advertising: Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns across media channels.
- Event Management: Organize corporate events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Digital Optimization: Develop SEM/SEO strategies for improved search engine ranking.
- Performance Analysis: Track campaign metrics and provide optimization recommendations.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Align marketing efforts across departments.
- Brand Initiatives: Lead online and offline brand campaigns.
Education and qualification
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Business or any related field.
Experience
8-10 years of experience in a similar role.
Technical Skills
Marketing Tools: Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media ads.
Design Skills: Adobe Suite, Canva,
Strong in marketing, branding, advertising, and social media.
Skilled in product campaign management.
Soft skills
Effective negotiator.
Customer-centric understanding.
