Job Summary:
We seek a highly motivated and organized HR Coordinator to support our international investment client’s HR team in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage employee queries, and assist with recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and team.
- Manage employee queries, payroll, and compensation and benefits packages.
- Compose and issue standard letters, such as salary certificates and employee requests.
- Assist with recruitment processes and maintain departmental records.
- Provide administrative support to the investment team as required.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar HR support function.
- HR qualifications are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of UAE and regional labour laws.
- Proficient in MS Office and English language skills.
