Job Summary:

We seek an enthusiastic Dealer Onboarding Executive to expand dubizzle Cars Auctions’ dealer market presence. As a key team member, you will develop strategic dealer relationships, drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end dealer onboarding processes.
• Provide training and orientation on products, services and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate dealer records and feedback.
• Achieve monthly onboarding targets and share daily KPI reports.
• Conduct daily market visits to establish and strengthen dealer relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2-3 years experience in vehicle sales/business development.
• Valid UAE driver’s license.
• Strong knowledge of the used car market.
• Excellent negotiation, marketing and sales skills.
