Job designation – Crisis Management and Security Officer in Bahrain
Job Summary
Ensure business continuity, crisis management and security protocols in Bahrain, leveraging military, security or risk assessment expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
 - Conduct regional security assessments and monitor news for potential threats.
 - Support pandemic and infectious disease crisis management.
 - Provide training (Vismo, HEAT, Business Trips).
 - Manage the Crisis Management portal, and review security plans and travel requests.
 - Update Crisis Management QMS documents and maintain records.
 - Conduct regular system tests and emergency response.
 - Drive continuous improvement.
 
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience.
 - Excellent English and Arabic report writing skills.
 - Military, security or risk assessment background (preferred).
 - BCMS implementation and maintenance expertise.
 
Job Skills
- Strong English and Arabic language skills.
 - Effective communication and leadership.
 - Project management and organizational skills.
