Job designation – Crisis Management and Security Officer in Bahrain

Job Summary

Ensure business continuity, crisis management and security protocols in Bahrain, leveraging military, security or risk assessment expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
  • Conduct regional security assessments and monitor news for potential threats.
  • Support pandemic and infectious disease crisis management.
  • Provide training (Vismo, HEAT, Business Trips).
  • Manage the Crisis Management portal, and review security plans and travel requests.
  • Update Crisis Management QMS documents and maintain records.
  • Conduct regular system tests and emergency response.
  • Drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience.
  2. Excellent English and Arabic report writing skills.
  3. Military, security or risk assessment background (preferred).
  4. BCMS implementation and maintenance expertise.

Job Skills

  1. Strong English and Arabic language skills.
  2. Effective communication and leadership.
  3. Project management and organizational skills.

Job Competencies

  1. Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
  2. Adaptability and knowledge of key responsibilities.
  3. Team player with excellent people skills.
