Job Summary
Oversee payroll management, ensuring timely and accurate payments, compliance with regulations, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize payroll processes.
 - Manage payroll policies, procedures and systems.
 - Ensure compliance with federal and local regulations.
 - Prepare payroll reports and documentation.
 - Address employee inquiries and resolve issues.
 - Collaborate with HR, Accounting and Finance.
 - Lead and mentor payroll staff.
 - Conduct performance reviews.
 
Education and qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR or related field.
 - 5+ years of payroll management experience.
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel).
 - Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
 - Knowledge of local payroll laws and regulations.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
